Can I eat with aligners on?
No. You must remove your Skyligners while eating or drinking anything except plain water. This helps prevent staining, warping, and damage. Just pop them back in after brushing!
Are aligners painful?
Not really—just a little pressure!
You might feel mild discomfort or tightness for the first 1–2 days after switching to a new set. That’s a sign your teeth are moving. Most users say it’s far more comfortable than traditional braces.
